a few suggestions.

Hai thur, my name's Fallen, and I've got a couple things to suggest about this forum here. Now, constructive criticism only, so please don't take offense to anything I say here. :3

1. The font of the forum is quite a bit difficult to read, with the size. You have to compensate for those with smaller screens, such as I. Teehee.
2. You don't really have a standing plot to go by for your advertisement or forum, but perhaps create one to draw in more members? Tell about how Panem came to be separated into districts, tell a bit about the opposing sides as far as the Capitol opinion of the coming games over the other districts, add a bit of incentive to join in the games even though half of the characters are going to die.
3. You should invest in some sub-boards for your territories, give broader reach of what is in the districts and the Capitol, so your members aren't all grasping in the dark when role-playing. Even if you have to make up a few places within the districts, it'll help.
4. Canon characters are always a good start with getting the role-play moving. As of now, everyone is on their own making tributes within the districts, but no one has broached the subject of the necessary stylists, the Peacekeepers, the Gamemakers, or even who will be questioning at the interview. All of these people are necessary before moving on into the Hunger Games themselves, right? ;)
